Creative Direction
Once we lock in the concept and deliverables, we will plan the shoot, styling, and tone. A short brief or script will be shared for approval before filming so we stay on-brand.
Content & Delivery
Your final content will be sent via WeTransfer (or whatever platform suits you). We will follow up after delivery to make sure everything aligns perfectly with your campaign goals.

Most UGC creators are lifestyle content creators with no formal credentials. Ellie is an AHPRA-registered midwife, which means when she recommends your product on camera, it lands as a trusted clinical endorsement – not a lifestyle preference. That shift matters to mums, and it shows up in how your content performs.
Once we’ve locked in the creative direction and you’ve approved the brief or script, filming and delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks. Final content is sent via WeTransfer or whatever platform suits you.
Yes. Every UGC video package includes a round of revisions, so if something’s not quite hitting the mark, we’ll refine it with you before final delivery.
Usage rights depend on your package – organic usage rights are included as standard, and paid/broad usage rights can be added. We’ll confirm exactly what’s included before the contract is signed.
